I have struggled for many years to identify Duncan. I thought that he was the son of Robert in Stronchlachar and grandson of Glun dubh. but recent DNA evidence has suggested otherwise.
A relatively close match to another in the Clan Gregor DNA project points at upland Moray - the family below are the most likely from the evidence in the OPRs
